Weekly Schedule

Weekly Schedule

Mondays
Meditation

Venue: In person & Zoom
7pm to 8.30pm

"Meditation as a way of life"
If we restrict our meditation to our formal session we might not gain much. If we get up and think… “Well that’s the box ticked” and forget about meditation until the next day, we won’t benefit very much. We meditate in formal sessions so that our life is saturated by a mind that is more peaceful, more kind, more compassionate, more aware, more wise.

Followed by tea and chat! All welcome.
Suggested donation €10 (included in monthly donation).

Wednesdays
