The 21st Century is a time of constant distraction - distracted from one self , from other human beings and  from nature.  Technology and social media entices us into a virtual word devoid of genuine human relationships.  This often results in increased  anxiety, loneliness and isolation .

  • Meditation and associated practices like loving kindness are   a wonderful way to reconnect with ourselves , others and nature. Practicing together gives us a sense of community and connectedness.

Healing the body and mind for oneself and others. This practice helps transform the causes and conditions of illness. We practice Medicine Buddha until we become Medicine Buddha.

  • Everyone is welcome. No prior knowledge necessary.
