There is something very refreshing about going back to basics. As the great zen master Suzuki Roshi said - "Zen mind beginner's mind"

Whether you are new to meditation practice, would like to refresh your practice or are interested in exploring the Buddhist teachings on Mindfulness, this short course may be of interest to you.
