"Bringing our distracted mind home"
The 21st Century is a time of constant distraction - distracted from one self , from other human beings and from nature. Technology and social media entices us into a virtual word devoid of genuine human relationships. This often results in increased anxiety, loneliness and isolation .
Meditation and associated practices like loving kindness are a wonderful way to reconnect with ourselves , others and nature. Practicing together gives us a sense of community and connectedness.
