Monday Meditation sessions " Grist for the Mill!" - the path of transformation (Copy)

What a great old saying "It's all grist for the mill!"   It means everything good or bad is useful in learning. (grist is an old word for grain, all the grain is put in the mill and flour comes out! The flour is  made into nourishing food.

This is very much the  Buddhist approach to  life's experiences.  Everything is an opportunity for growth, learning and transformation . We particularly grow more from those difficult times - the poison becomes the medicine.

Join our August /September sessions and practice turning adversity into opportunity!  This also applies to maintaining balance and equilibrium during good times. We practice impermanence and non-grasping.

Everyone is welcome to join
