A home-style Indian cooking session and dinner at Palpung, led by Amrut, a resident volunteer, who will prepare the dishes and teach participants how to cook them step by step.
During the session, the ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural background of each dish will be explained. After cooking, we will enjoy the meal together for dinner, and you will also be welcome to take some food home.
